Refund Policy — SXY Garments

At SXY Garments, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Items must be returned in original packaging.
Sale items and co-ord sets must be returned as a complete set.
Items showing signs of use, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.

2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Innerwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
Items purchased during clearance or final-sale events
Gift cards
Items not in original condition

6. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please:

Email us at hewocraft@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Ship the item(s) to our address using a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
